Shipping Policy

Update for COVID-19

Typical estimated delivery time ranges from 3-15 Business Days. Certain remote locations may require a longer time. We sincerely appreciate your patience at this time. 

Shipping Update: Please note due to capacity issues and backlogs of freight, carriers are currently experiencing delays with pick ups and deliveries in Canada. Consequently, this is creating delays of shipping lead times at our Suppliers' warehouses, as shipping docks now take longer time to vacate for new shipments. Your order will be processed in sequence, we sincerely appreciate your patience at this time.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) is/are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. Please note Shopify only provides us with 7 days of grace period so your payment will be charged automatically after 7 days. 

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock, it will ship within 7 business days from your order's date. We will send you tracking information once it's available to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 20 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@ecospaceliving.com.

[IMPORTANT] Freight Trucks Delivery & Damages:

For freight truck deliveries, please pay special attention to the delivery of your order. Upon receipt, you must verify the conditions of the delivered package. All sides of each package should be examined carefully. Do not let the carrier representative leave without written detailed notes on the waybill of all damages if applicable or simply reject the receipt of the items.

Once you sign the paperwork by the freight company you become the legal owner of the product and we can not file a damage claim; you will be responsible for filing a claim. This is a standard policy by all Trucking Companies and is the standard with all of our competitions. If you find the item is damaged. Write damaged on the Bill of Lading (BoL) and inform us through support@ecospaceliving.com. We will be happy to handle the claim on your behalf and ship out a replacement to you ASAP.
