• Q) Are Dealzer Grow Boxes fully automated?
  

  A) They are 99% automated. The only work required by you is to change the water and nutrients once a week. Be careful with 100% automated systems. They tend to be much more expensive, hog up more space, and break down easy.

  Q) Do you have tech support?

  A) Yes, we have free tech support 7 days a week at 888-493-7681. We also made the system as simple as possible to use with a very clear instruction manual and feeding chart.

  Q) Do Dealzer Grow Boxes use a lot of electricity?

  A) Dealzer Grow Boxes use less electricity than most other appliances since the lights within are LED. Costs should be under $15 per month.

  Q) How much does it cost to refill nutrients every year?

  A) Your cost to refill yearly nutrients should be under $100.

  Q) Can I grow any plant in these Grow Boxes?

  A) Yes. Any plant works whether they are feminized or autoflower.

  Q) Can I use sink water in the reservoir?

  A) No, you should either use reverse osmosis or distilled water. Distilled water is about $1 per gallon at the local supermarket.

  Q) Is there a warranty?

  A) Yes, you get a lifetime warranty on everything except the lights which have a 1 year warranty.

  Q) What is the Grow Box made out of?

  A) Dealzer Grow Boxes are handmade using specially treated wood. The Grow Cabinet is a hand-painted work of art because of the quality, handcrafted craftsmanship. You are not only getting a plant grower; you are also getting a work of art.

  Q) Is shipping stealth?

  A) Yes, you get plain box shipping with no outside indication of what the item is.

  Q) Why should I purchase a Dealzer Grow Box?

  A) Dealzer Grow Boxes save you thousands of dollars per year in plant costs. With only 5 minutes of work per week, you can grow your own supply of plant matter. Dealzer Grow Boxes are 100% stealth in that they prevent odor, sound or light leakage. Competitor boxes and tents cannot achieve this level of stealth. Dealzer offers 7 day a week phone support and has a lifetime warranty on everything except the lights so your grow experience is sure to run smooth and successful.

  Q) How long does shipping take?

  A) Most grow boxes ship within 24 hours after production and arrive within 1-5 days after purchase.
  

• SHIPPING

  Grow boxes tend to ship within 1-3 days and very large, metal freight shipped grow boxes take about 2-3 weeks to ship depending on the size of the grow box. Grow tents usually ship within 1-3 days. Smaller items ship out within 1-3 days of order date.

  REFUND POLICY

  Items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived and in their original packaging. We accept returns for up to 30 days from the order date for a 20% restocking fee for all items outside of grow boxes and grow tents. There are no refunds on grow boxes or grow tents as they are usually customized and when they are shipped back to us, they are often not packed well by the customer and so the item is often destroyed in shipping. Dealzer does not pay for return shipping costs in the event of warranty issues and/or damage caused by shipper.

  Products shipped new may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

  The Company expressly disclaims all liability for personal injury or property damage resulting from the use of our units. (Although we have not heard of either of these problems occurring in the past).

  By accepting a unit from the Company, the customer warrants to exercise all reasonable care to abide by the following common sense guidelines in the use of the product:

  1 - Ensure that there is a space of at six inches 6 between the top of the plants and the light, to avoid risk of fire;

  2 - Keep all exhaust and intake fans running at all times 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in order to prevent heat build-up;

  3 - Do not stick fingers in or near the fans;

  4 - Ensure that leaves are kept clear of fans;

  5 - Do not overload electrical outlets by plug-in of too many devices;

  6 - Do not allow the unit to run out of water;

  7 - Do not operate the unit in extreme hot or cold environments i.e., the unit should be operated at ambient temperatures between 30°F and 110°F;

  8 - Do not operate the unit in or around water spray, rain or ground water.

  The Company will utilize its best efforts to build and ship all units in a reasonably timely manner. Customer understands and agrees that all units are custom built per order. While most units ship in 1-2 days from the date that payment is received, it could take up to 1-4 weeks to ship special order and out of stock items. In addition to the preparation time for completion of your custom order prior to shipment, allow for up to five 5 days for crating and transit time for delivery of your order.
